Service Description

Want to get the whole family healthy? Book an appointment for up to 4 immediate family members to receive a group counseling session that includes healthy tips for both children and adults.

Cancelation Policy

There are no refunds once an appointment is booked or program is paid for. In the event that you are unable to commit to initial appointment, you will be required to cancel 48 hours before scheduled appointment. All initial assessment appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days. If you are a no call no show for an appointment, it will not be rescheduled.
