One Time Meal Plan/Maintenance

Service Description

You will receive a 7 Day Menu with customized recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner that can be followed for up to 30 days to fit your nutrition and health needs. There are no coaching calls with the Maintenance or One Time Meal Plan Program. Maintenance clients will have weekly email access.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds once an appointment is booked or program is paid for. In the event that you are unable to commit to initial appointment, you will be required to cancel 48 hours before scheduled appointment. All initial assessment appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days. If you are a no call no show for an appointment, it will not be rescheduled.
