Service Description

This plan includes all the perks of the Total Wellness Package but more! You'll receive online coaching, not just through phone through virtual meetings where you can see your coach face to face. Instead of monthly meal plans, you'll receive weekly plans with recipes included! Plan includes health assessments, tracking tools, workouts, study materials, disease prevention and options to bring your health coach to you! *Initial Assessment included for FREE!* There is a minimum of a 3 month commitment. All payments are auto-drafted. Plan can be cancelled with 30 day written notice after 3 months.

Cancelation Policy

There are no refunds once an appointment is booked or program is paid for. In the event that you are unable to commit to initial appointment, you will be required to cancel 48 hours before scheduled appointment. All initial assessment appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days. If you are a no call no show for an appointment, it will not be rescheduled.
