Service Description

This monthly service provides bi-weekly health coaching calls, meal plans, weekly assessments, supplement lists, recipes, fitness assessment, food intake monitoring, exercise recommendations and access to our online V.I.P. Client group. All health coaching plans require a minimum of a 3 month commitment. Payments for this plan will be auto-drafted and services can be cancelled with a 30 day written notice after the 3 month mark. *Must complete Initial Nutrition Assessment before purchasing wellness package.

Cancelation Policy

There are no refunds once an appointment is booked or program is paid for. In the event that you are unable to commit to initial appointment, you will be required to cancel 48 hours before scheduled appointment. All initial assessment appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days. If you are a no call no show for an appointment, it will not be rescheduled.
